AFTERPARTY

Terms of Service

Effective: 21 October 2026

These terms cover the hosted Afterparty Discord bot and Afterparty website, maintained by Discord user lukasvri. Independently hosted copies have their own operators. Using this service means agreeing to these terms.

Using the service

The service provides music playback, queues, favorites, shared video rooms and server administration. You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, applicable laws and the rules of your server.

Only install or administer the bot where you have permission. Server administrators control access to commands and channels. Keep room host links and login credentials private. Anyone with access to a room may see its shared content; public rooms may appear in the room directory.

Content and acceptable use

Only request or share content you are entitled to use. The service grants no rights to music, videos, artwork or other third-party content. Respect the terms and restrictions of Discord, YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud and any other source you use.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, bypassing platform restrictions or disrupting other users. Do not attempt to extract private server information, interfere with playback across servers or evade rate limits.

Copyright complaints

Copyright owners and authorized representatives can use the copyright and removal request form to prepare a notice. Send it privately through the listed contact channel so the maintainer can review it and remove or disable access where appropriate. For disputed removals, request a private review through Support. A reporting process does not grant permission to use third-party material.

Availability and changes

The service is currently offered without a usage fee and without guaranteed uptime, media availability or synchronization accuracy. Features may change or become unavailable when hosting or upstream services change. Access may be restricted or suspended to address abuse, security issues or service failures.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not replace Discord’s terms or the terms of any media provider.

Leaving, privacy and support

You can stop using the website or remove the bot through Discord’s server settings. Removing the bot does not automatically erase its stored server data. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion requests, and Support to contact the maintainer.

Updates to these terms

Changes will be published here with an updated effective date. Material changes will also be announced through the website’s patch notes. You can stop using the service if you do not accept an updated version.
